This is Against The Background, a site by Hayden Woodworth: A tired Graduate Student who has seen too much and has difficulty managing attention.

I would love this space to grow and blossom into an archive of my thoughts. Recently, I learned I have a lot to say on a myriad of topics, and I want to share these thoughts where I can.
